Dim Sum, usually pairing with Tea, is a typical breakfast option in Canton, China. People would love to gather together with families and sit down in a restaurant to enjoy dim sum and tea to start their weekend. Dim Sum is a general term for all kinds of small bites, that usually serve in a small bamboo basket or small plate. In the traditional dim sum restaurant, people will stroll around with a cart that filled with these bamboo baskets and call out to customers what they have in the cart. Dim Sum in New York, especially in the Asian Community, are extremely popular, not only for their mouthful delicious but also the many options for us to choose from. Loving dim sum, and I'm very glad to see people around loving it too.
